This Refund Policy applies to all services, programs, sessions, and products offered by Vlada de Sousa and processed through this website.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
All 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling:
– You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
– Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Missed sessions are considered fully used.
1. Private Sessions (IFS Therapy, Energy Healing, Mentoring)
All retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
Deposits:
– Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
– Deposits may be transferable to another date only at the sole discretion of the organizer.
Remaining Balance:
– Final payments for retreats are non-refundable once paid.
– If you cancel your participation, no refunds will be issued.
– In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a refund of the retreat fee (excluding third-party travel costs).
2. Retreats, Workshops & In-Person Immersions
Due to the nature of digital and educational content, all online courses, recorded trainings, meditations, and digital products are non-refundable once access is granted.
3. Online Courses, Programs & Digital Products
Payments for group classes, workshops, or masterclasses are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, access cannot be transferred unless explicitly approved.
4. Events, Masterclasses & Group Sessions
Refunds may be considered only in situations required by applicable law.
Otherwise, all services are considered final once delivered or once access is granted.
