I have been offering retreats and mentorships for more than seven years now and found in the grounded approach to spirituality an effective tool to change the world.

What I see every day is that people are confused about Love in many ways, and this confusion drives relationships with others. When we feel alone and disconnected, we try to escape our loneliness by jumping into superficial relationships that won’t fulfill us.

The truth is that love happens in various forms; and self-healing is a required step on the way to recognize it.    

  

With the “Seven Expressions of Love” course, Vlada wants to build a virtual container in which people truly get in touch with themselves and fellow humans on their spiritual path. “What I loved the most about the course was to feel connected with different people from all over the world. You learn so much from each other, you do the meditation together, and you can really feel the energy of Love”, says the student, Christel Van der Lugt. At the end of the day, it´s on each one of us to turn this pandemic of loneliness into an endemic of love.  

  

That is why I am promoting a spiritual approach to love and relationships and supporting people on their journey to create healthy, conscious interconnections – whether it is with family members, with strangers, soulmates, or even with God.  

The concept of Love is normally associated with its romantic expression. In this love course, I aim to go beyond this narrow view into different forms and manifestations. 
Through meditation practices and conscious talks, participants create bonds with nature, work on their self-esteem, and have more empathy to see others as equals.
